• Monitors incoming questions from current and new client database
• Manages and updates Database – Contact information of our clients and referring partners
• Designs Innovative marketing pieces such as landing pages, and property flyers for Boxwoo as well as our Realtors and Builders
• Keeps Boxwood Mortgage program information up to date, on several platforms; CRM, website and social media pages.
• Engages and shares Boxwood Mortgage loan Programs Highlights in effort to create opportunities for the Broker/Originator to assist the consumer
• Researches industry changes to ensure we keep our clients informed about important changes
• Edits and posts videos and other marketing material generated by the originator.
