- No Mortgage Insurance required
- Available for Purchases and Rate/term Refinance.
- No extra reserves required
- Single Family Residence, Town home or Warrantable Condo acceptable
- S. Citizen, Permanent Resident alien or qualified alien with work visa
- 15 or 30 year terms with fixed rates. Also 5, 7 or 10-year adjustable rate mortgages
- Only one appraisal required for loans up to $2M
- Debt to income ratios up to 45%
- No prepayment penalties
