• Follows up with clients and supporting loan documents.
• Assist clients on how to navigate in their client portal, to improve client experience.
• Performs Property research in various supporting sites such as Appraisal District Site and Automated Valuation platform.
• Manages incoming client inquiries and documentation.
• Helps organize file folder for loan originator.
• Keeps our referring partners informed on the status of our clients.
• Helps manage contact information for pipelines and Lead Trackers.
• Helps maintain CRM’s for accuracy of client contact information.
